Sent off 80/1, this filly was well held in a 6f Newbury maiden on debut last month, beaten over 13 lengths. She is going to have to improve massively to figure here but improvement from first to second run is always likely and expected so the gamble is quite interesting.

4.30 – Chattri – 40/1 into 7/1

Sepoy colt who finished ninth of 10 runners in a minor event at Newmarket over 5f on good to firm ground on debut 74 days ago when sent off a 25/1 chance. He will have to take a big step forward up in trip here but cheekpieces are applied and interestingly, James Doyle has been booked for the ride.

5.30 – We’re Reunited – 25/1 into 11/1

Didn’t run badly at all off this mark at Chepstow when last seen, beaten just two lengths and finished runner-up on his only viit to the track which bodes well. Has gone well on ground with a bit of juice in it and shouldn’t be too far away at the business end.

6.00 – The Daley Express – 33/1 into 16/1

Finished runner-up here off a mark of 85 last year and runs from a 5lb lower mark here so looks potentially well-treated on the pick of his form. As a matter of fact, he has finished runner-up on both visits to Windsor and he should be able to make his presence felt off this kind of mark.
