It’s a triple header for our ITV Racing Tips this weekend with action from Haydock, Musselburgh and Newmarket. We have runner by runner previews for all eight races on the channel, with Group 3 and Listed contests on the agenda as well as some very competitive looking handicaps.
D’bai has been in decent form this year already with a win in Dubai and a very smart second to The Tin Man at Windsor last time. This seven furlong trip should suit him a lot better than six did on that occasion. Godolphin have a strong hand in the feature race of the day, with Dutch Connection heading the market. A specialist trip, our John Of Gaunt Stakes Tips can help to guide you to the winner.
There are a pair of two-year-old races at Beverley that will showcase some of the most forward of the juvenile generation. The Brian Yeardley two-year-old trophy and the Hilary Needler have thrown up some smart types in the past, notably the likes of Attraction and Easton Angel in recent years in the latter. Notebooks at the ready for the 2.40pm and 3.20pm.
It’s the final leg of the American Triple Crown at 11.46pm at Belmont Park as Justify bids to land all three of the jewels. Our Belmont Stakes Tips will give you the rundown of all you need to know for the New York contest, including a big priced alternative to the red-hot favourite, who has very little to find with the market leader.
