Valiant Force won the Norfolk Stakes as a two-year-old and also wasn’t beaten far when second at the Breeders’ Cup. He’s equally as competent over a variety of trips and having won well over 5f at Dundalk last time, another big run is expected.
Boiling Point produced an excellent performance to win the Cambridgeshire off a massive weight when last seen and a rating of 114 suggests he’s the one they all have to beat. Trying 1m2f for the first time here, a bold bid could be on the cards.
Stamina shouldn’t be an issue for Livin On Luco, as he saw the marathon trip out well at Fontwell two starts ago and kept on nicely to finish fourth in the Welsh Grand National. Callum Pritchard gets on well with him and a 1lb drop in the weights certainly won’t do any harm.
French import Mustang Du Breuil made the perfect start to life in Britain when winning well at Doncaster earlier this month. Nicky Henderson’s gelding is likely to improve for the run and four-year-olds often run well in this race.

Silky Wilkie has been in excellent form this winter, winning twice in four starts, and showed a good attitude to score at Wolverhampton last time. He carries a 4lb penalty here but Jack Nicholls continues to take 5lb off and has won off higher marks in the past.
Zryan has a decent record on the all-weather and has already won a couple of times since coming over from France. The five-year-old won with plenty in hand here over a longer trip last time and the drop back to a mile shouldn’t be a problem.
Nogo’s Dream wasn’t beaten far at all when runner-up at Lingfield last time out and he’s entitled to improve for the run, as it was his first start since September. Richard Hughes’ six-year-old won’t need to find much in order to go one better here.
North View made a winning start to life at Stuart Williams’ yard when keeping on nicely to win over this trip at Chelmsford last month. It’s hard to argue with a 4lb rise, as he probably had a bit more in hand and should be capable of going close once again.

Lucky 15 tips provide a balance between the safety of singles (gaining a good chunk of your stake back if just one horse wins – so if the first of your 4 horses wins you definitely have a return) and the huge returns of an accumulator across four winning horses. They also remove that horrible feeling of being one leg off landing an accumulator as even if one horse loses you still win a large number of the 15 bets meaning healthy returns!
Our Each Way Lucky 15 tips consists of 30 bets in total – 15 “to win” bets, and 15 “to place” bets. Therefore, a £1 Each Way Lucky 15 totals £30, but even just one place will get you a return – albeit a small one!
A Lucky 15 involves backing 4 selections (horses) with 15 different bets – 4 singles, 6 doubles, 4 trebles and one four fold accumulator. It offers a return for just one winning horse, while also increasing returns as more of your 4 horses win. As a Lucky15 involves 15 bets, the total cost of the bet is your Stake times 15. So a £1 Lucky 15 actually costs £15, a £2 Lucky 15 costs £30, and so on.
There are 3 types of “Lucky” bets in total:
Betfair’s bonuses increase as you add more selections – a Lucky 31 provides a 20% bonus if all 5 win while the Lucky 63 bonus is 25% for 6 winners.
We usually tip a To Win Lucky 15, rather than an Each Way Lucky 15, which means we need the 4 selections to win and not just place. Our tips vary in price from Evens to 5/1, but we generally try to keep them above 5/2 although it will depend on the tips our tipsters have available.
