Three or four strong selections picked by our tipsters and backed as one bet.

Aintree

Lulamba is a rising star in the chasing division and he was well on top at the finish when beating his elders in the Game Spirit Chase at Newbury in February. A respectable third in the Arkle at Cheltenham, he didn’t quite have the pace to challenge the two Willie Mullins runners in front of him and the step up to 2m4f looks like a huge positive. The five-year-old retains a significant amount of potential and should prove very hard to beat.

Jango Baie silk

Jango Baie

Analysis
1/1

Jango Baie came out on top in the 2025 Arkle, despite being badly outpaced throughout, and he has developed into a very smart staying chaser this term. Nicky Henderson’s gelding wasn’t beaten far when fourth in the King George and ran a cracker to finish second behind Gaelic Warrior in the Gold Cup. He looks like the one to beat on that form and provided he’s well after his Cheltenham exertions, victory could well be on the cards.

Brighterdaysahead silk

Brighterdaysahead

Analysis
2/1

Gordon Elliott holds Brighterdaysahead in the highest regard and she’s an extremely talented mare when fully firing. Back to her brilliant best at the Dublin Racing Festival, she got the better of subsequent Champion Hurdle winner Lossiemouth with plenty in hand. Elliott’s mare also won a Grade 1 novice over course and distance back in 2024 and she can confirm the form with The New Lion, after finishing ahead of him at Cheltenham.

Similar to our accumulator, but with more legs and potential "mega" returns.

Maestro Conti silk

Maestro Conti

Analysis
10/3

Dan Skelton’s Maestro Conti has done nothing wrong so far and managed to win his first couple of British starts with loads in hand. The 143-rated son of Prince Gibraltar also scored on debut for previous connections in France and clearly possesses a significant amount of ability. He kept on well to take second in the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham last month and looks fully capable of going one better this time around.

Princess Day

Analysis
10/3

Princess Day joined Jeremy Scott’s yard off the back of a three-length victory in an Irish point-to-point. She started off under rules in a Chepstow bumper in December and she produced a professional performance to score by two lengths, with the fourth boosting the form by bolting up next time. Scott’s five-year-old won a Class 2 event at Newbury with plenty in hand in February and looks ready for the step up in grade on that evidence.

What is an Accumulator bet?

Our accumulator tips (or “acca tips” for short) are a combination of a number of selections which all have to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. For example, if you back a fourfold accumulator, all four of your selections need to finish 1st. The odds of the accumulator are worked out by multiplying the odds of each leg together, meaning that you can win huge amounts of money from just a very small stake!

These examples show a £10 accumulator stake where each selection is just Evens (1/1):

4 selections: £160 returns
6 selections: £640 returns
8 selections: £2,560 returns
10 selections: £10,240 returns!

Adding just one more Evens selection to a ten-fold accumulator doubles the return to over £20,000 – the multiplication effect of the accumulator bet really increases the potential returns!

Our horse racing accumulator tips returns depend on the horse racing fixtures each day; we generally aim for odds of 7/1 to 20/1 for our win accumulator tips, and for around 100/1 for our mega acca tips. We find this gives us the best combination between confident selections and good value returns. Obviously, it is influenced by the racing and tips available; for example, if there is little racing on, we are unlikely to have a mega accumulator tip unless many of the races feature strong odds on favourites which our tipsters think are good bets.

Where should I back the horse racing accumulator tips?

Our betslip returns under the tip details the odds available for a number of leading bookmakers for our accumulator tips at the time the tip was posted. The same is true for the red odds box next to each horse’s name. We would always recommend backing our tips with the best odds available to maximise value.

What other tips do you have?

As well as a our daily win treble or fourfold tips, we have a Lucky 15 which involves 4 selections. These tend to have slightly bigger odds for each individual leg than our accumulator tips so by backing them as a Lucky 15 you are guaranteed a decent return on your stake with just one winner. We also have Each Way Double tips which can pay as much as £1,000 from just a £5 Each Way stake. Click here to see all our horse racing tips in one place on our daily tips page.

How do you pick your horse racing accumulator tips?

As mentioned already, our horse racing accumulator tips tend to be strong favourites. Rather than backing short priced favourites, we find there’s much more value in combining several favourites together to provide much bigger odds than a single would provide. As this betslip shows, short odds favourite combined together can give very profitable returns:

We analyse every race in the UK & Ireland every day and shortlist any horses we think will be suitable for an accumulator. We then go through this shortlist in detail to pick out the best selection every day before updating them on this page at 8.45am.

Can I do the horse racing accumulator tip Each Way?

While we don’t recommend backing our acca tips each way due to the low returns if they all place, it is a commonly used tactic if you want to either back many legs (for example, a 10 fold £10 Each Way accumulator on Evens money returns £61.92 which is still a good return). In an Each Way accumulator bet, if just one horse fails to win, the win part of the accumulator bet is lost and only the place part can win. That means that 9 winners and one 2nd place will pay the same returns as 1 winner and nine 2nd places
