Horses for courses: Three track specialists form a treble on Monday 🏇

Wolverhampton Sprint

One of the key things to look out for when picking a horse is course form and it can prove crucial. If a horse has a proven record at a specific track, it’s going to have an advantage over those that have performed poorly there in the past. Liam Bramall has picked out three horses running at Fakenham and Wolverhampton with multiple course wins to their name. We’ve combined them into a treble, so best of luck if you have a play but please remember to gamble responsibly. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

3.10 Fakenham

Allo Allo is unbeaten in two starts here at Fakenham. Stuart Edmonds is a trainer that loves to have runners here at this course and he was the track’s top trainer last term. It was a below-par effort at Stratford on his seasonal reappearance last time out but he was victorious at Bangor on his final start of the previous campaign. Still lightly raced over fences, there should be more to come.

7.00 Wolverhampton

Starfighter has won six times throughout his career and three of those victories have come here at Wolverhampton. He won over course and distance on his penultimate start and followed that up with a very close third last time out. The handicapper has pushed him up another pound but there’s a good chance he’ll be bang in the mix once again.

7.30 Wolverhampton

Gincident has a 67 per cent record at Wolverhampton, winning two of his three starts at the Midlands track. This is his first run since being gelded and his mind should now be fully focused on the job at hand. He’s got an excellent record on the all-weather generally so the return to an artificial surface could inspire a return to winning ways.
