Equestrian Relief, a fundraising initiative to support key workers in the health service, are offering racing fans a chance to bid on a number of unique items such as a golf day with AP McCoy and tours of some of Britain’s biggest yards.

The auction, which is live until 8pm on Tuesday, features listings such as a morning on the Newmarket gallops with John Gosden and legendary jockey Frankie Dettori and a stable visit with newly crowned champion jumps trainer Nicky Henderson.

Those looking for a quirkier offering can bid on a Skype call with ITV Racing presenter Oli Bell, visits to live broadcasts of Racing TV’s Luck On Sunday, and an annotated racecard used by Sir Peter O’Sullivan to commentate on the 1990 Grand National.

There is plenty on offer for football fans too including signed football boots from former Liverpool striker Michael Owen and Bryan Robson.

In addition to this, Equestrian Relief has run a number of lighthearted challenges with some of the biggest names in racing, media and equestrian world, such as running, cake baking and drawing, and has raised more than £60,000.
