ANGEL OF THE SOUTH is the most exposed of these but she can adopt front running tactics over this minimum trip and given that she is a natural sprinter, she may be able to get away from them. Sugar Coating is by a sprinter, but her damline is full of middle distance horses. The way she ran on at the end of six furlongs on her debut suggests that the drop to five is not an obvious one to improve her. The same can be said about Poetic Imagination who was placed over a mile for her previous yard.
