Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is only open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland.
2. Entrants must be 18 or older – proof of age may be required at our discretion
3. To enter, simply subscribe to the myracing email newsletter account.
4. Only one entry permitted per person.
5. The competition will close at 11:59pm on Sunday 18th August 2019. No entries after this point will be considered.
6. The winner will be selected at random and notified by email after 11am. The winner has 12 hours (until 12pm on Monday 19th August 2019) to respond otherwise the winner will be redrawn. The replacement winner will have 3 hours to respond before being replaced. New winners will be drawn until a winner responds as required.
7. This competition is in no way sponsored by or endorsed by York racecourse or any other person or company.
8. The tickets do not include provision for travel, food, drinks, accommodation and anything other than entry to York races.
9. No alternative prize – either cash or replacement tickets – is available.
10. The terms and conditions on the tickets and set by York racecourse will apply and take precedence over anything else stated.
