Having developed an interest in racing whilst in college some years ago, James has worked in many areas of the industry, including a stint hiding his face on radio! From 2008 until 2017, he ran a successful tipping service and has had shares in numerous horses including the wonderful Fast Shot. Unsurprisingly given some of the horses he has bought shares in, his punting passions lie in sprint handicaps on both the turf and All-Weather surfaces!

Horse Racing tipster James Boyle has picked out two selections for today.

8:00 Chelmsford – Ifton – 1pt win @ 7/1

IFTON is still to get off the mark after twelve racecourse outings but he doesn’t lack for ability at all and will eventually find his way into the winners’ enclosure. He was unfortunate not to do exactly that when tried over a mile for the first time in August, flashing home into second position and he showed artificial surfaces were no problem when fourth at Kempton after. The most recent defeat is easily excusable as he dropped to 7f in a Class 4 and back at a mile in a 0-65, I think he’ll be involved late on.

8:15 Wolverhampton – Tails I Win – 1pt win @ 13/2

Another to lack winning form is TAILS I WIN with the filly now 0-16 but some of her best efforts have come at this track and she finished as good as upsides Impressionable over C&D a couple of weeks ago. Racing keenly early doors and challenging wide into the straight didn’t help her case but she kept going like one who was nearing peak form. A hood, in which she has previous, goes back on and the talented Ben Curtis takes over from an apprentice, so better is expected this time around.
