We’ve got five meetings to look forward to across Britain and Ireland on Tuesday and there’s some decent stuff on the agenda. Take a look at our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.
Donagh Murphy is a very capable 7lb claimer and has already ridden two winners from three rides at Brighton this season. The up and coming rider has ridden nine winners this season and his sole ride on the card is aboard Jim Boyle’s Barnsnape Boy in the opening 6f classified event. Murphy was aboard when this horse won here over 7f in June and was fourth in a 7f classified event here on latest. He should be bang there again.
Leading rider Tom Marquand has landed the 1m2f maiden at Pontefract twice in the last three years and will take the ride on Charles Hills’ runner Kinetic Impact. The son of 45,000 Zelzal cost 90,000 guineas and showed plenty of ability on debut when fourth in a 1m2f novice at Chepstow. He wasn’t as good at Sandown but is worth another chance.
They certainly need no introduction! The Skeltons have a brilliant record at Uttoxeter and this season Harry has already ridden 9 winners from 19 rides at the track, and brother Dan has sent out 8 winners from 18 runners saddled!
All four of their runners could be worth following at the track on Tuesday! Mystic Wind could be a large price in the opener, whereas in the following race, Ice Jet is bidding for a four-timer! Sunray Shadow is next up, also bidding for four in a row, and lastly Iwanttobreakfree is an interesting debutant after finishing second in an Irish point when last seen.
