Top trainer bids for fourth British winner on the spin with sole Monday runner 🔥4️⃣

Embour wins at Kempton under Martin Dwyer

It’s an All-Weather bonanza on Monday! The new week kicks off with three All-Weather meetings, much to the disappointment of any National Hunt fans. After that incredible battle on Saturday, we shouldn’t be too greedy, though! Racing comes from Southwell, Kempton and Wolverhampton, and we’ll have horse racing tips for all three.

One trainer who is enjoyed a stellar period is Charlie Hills. The Lambourn-based trainer has won with his last three British runners, and in the last 14 days, that statistic is four from his last six. That’s a very strong strike-rate and he has just one runner on Monday; you can find all the details and analysis below!

His sole chance on Monday is Marsh Benham, who has failed to score in eight careers starts. The promise has been there, however, and he’s more than capable of taking one of these low-grade contests for his top trainer. He started his career back in the spring, posting a peak RPR of 76 on the turf.

He was gelded after his final turf start, though that didn’t have an immediate effect, as he was well beaten in a pair of seven-furlong All-Weather starts. That trip may have been the issue, however, as dropped to six furlongs last time, he finished a close second behind Exceling over course and distance.

There wasn’t much between them and a four-pound turnaround should make things far closer. The form of the yard cannot be underestimated and he’ll be ridden by Kieran Shoemark today, who partnered him three times on the turf earlier this year. At his current price, he has to make plenty of appeal, even though he does have a very poor drawn in stall eleven.
