My Racing does it again on a Monster Monday!!

A chilly Monday night at Chelmsford heats up as we land ANOTHER Acca when Belrog picks up down the inside and goes clear to land the 5.10, scoring followers £173 for a tenner!! Plus a 20/1 winner and 25/1 place among others!

Our first tip landed in just the second race of the day when Hearmenow won comfortably at Lingfield, little did anyone know just how many BOOOOOOOOOM’s this would set in motion.  Like dominos set up waiting for that first little push, the winners began to flow in quicker and quicker as the afternoon progressed.

The Acca began on the Lingfield polytrack with Ennaadd simply annihilating his opposition in the style of a very good animal.  Travelling well just off the pace, Jack Mitchell sent him to the front a furlong out and in short order, put 6 lengths between himself and the field!  Alshaquee kicked off the Chelmsford card with a hard fought win, asserting in the final half furlong but well on top at the line to land the 2nd leg of the Acca and the all important longest price and potentially trickiest leg to boot!

For leg 3 we were Scotland bound and the mud flying at Musselburgh was no problem for the Gordon Elliot trained mare, Myztique.  There was a brief moment of worry when Richard Johnson tried to send her up the inside of Henry Brooke on Mr Witmore and had to switch back out into the deep stuff down the middle of the track, but once given the office she came clear well.   An agonizing wait of two hours ensued clock watching for the final leg in the last race of the day.  It was well worth the wait, Belrog was squeezed along turning for home but as soon as a gap opened up on the inside there was no need for a second invitation and Oisin Murphy was left with a simple steering job to land another Acca following a £407 mega boom on at the end of November and a £129 beauty on the 12th of November!

The Acca was far from the only success story however as Tap Night finally come back to form at Musselburgh earlier in the afternoon to get the Each Way Double off to a 10/1 WINNING start.  Ridden much handier than normal he seemed to appreciate Tom Scudamore doing the steering and came back to form in no uncertain fashion!  The second leg didn’t quite go to plan with Triple Dream leading until picked up in the final 50 yards to narrowly deny followers another huge £400+ return by just half a length.

The polytrack continued to be a happy hunting ground all afternoon with Brocklebank landing the each way money at a tasty 25/1 after the winner got first run on him, before staying on well down the outside at Lingfield following on from Rocket Rob also filling the same runner up spot at 7/1.  Tommy’s Secret was another each way runner up later in the afternoon, a gallant 2nd to the quick improving Supersta.  Tipped up in the morning at 9/1, he was well backed into 5/1 at the off, going down by only a length to keep the each way singles rolling in profit!

The biggest single boom of the afternoon was saved for Chelmsford as Kingscroft was given a superb ride by Fergus Sweeney, weaving through traffic before timing his run down the outside to perfection, picking up the prize by 3/4 of a length at 20/1.   As if that wasn’t enough, the resurgent lay tip yielding another loser as 7/2 favourite Gingili finished a tired 8th having been the subject of a place lay at 11/10 to push the profit past £80 to a £10 stake in the last fortnight!!
