Nigel Twiston-Davies – My Runners 20th August 2016

It’s that quiet time of year in all of the top National Hunt yards as they slowly bring back their horses from a summer break an start to get them conditioned ready for the new jumps season – we can’t wait and we know Nigel feels exactly the same with some exciting newcomers joining the like of The New One, Blaklion, and Bristol De Mai for what should prove to be a very profitable season for both Nigel and us, of course

“Although he won over hurdles two races ago at Uttoxeter the truth is he really struggles with his jumping so we thought we would have a go on the flat for a bit of fun. He is massive compared to your average horse on the level and only just fits in to the stalls (good luck to the handlers this evening with that one), but we can’t honestly suggest we think we are going to win, as we are up against some of the leading flat trainers with their blue bloods.”

Nigel Twiston-Davies will be back each and every week with his thoughts exclusively for myracing.com as well as every day over the major meetings! To see what our tipsters are backing in all the weekend’s races, check out our free daily horse racing tips!
