Bournemouth v Sunderland

Sunderland were poor over the past few games and were easily turned over, although they still don’t look good at the back, they threatened last time out against spurs and you wouldn’t put it past them to get a goal at Bournemouth today. Likewise Bournemouth can score goals, and against a weak defence should find the net here.

Rotherham v Cardiff

Although Rotherham are bottom of the league and have only score seven goals, they face a Cardiff side who will no doubt come and attack, thus the opportunity for the home side to score on the counter should present itself today. Cardiff have done well so far and against a defence who’ve conceded 16 so far are also likely to get at least the one goal.

Sheffield Wednesday v Fulham

This is another that looks one of the more likely for BTTS. Both side have conceded on average more than one goal a game. Fulham have also managed to score in each of their four away games this season. Likewise, Sheffield Wednesday have managed to score in each of their home league games this season.

Wolves v Brighton

Brighton have started the season in great form, scoring in each of their away games so far. They have also conceded in all but one of those games, which bodes well for a Wolves side who’ve scored in every home game they’ve played this campaign.

Colchester v Gillingham

Colchester struggled at the start of the campaign, but have managed to find some scoring form of late, scoring no less than ten goals in their last four games! They’ve also managed to concede ten goals in those four games! On that basis you’d have to fancy them to both score and concede when they play host to league leaders Gillingham, who’ve also had no trouble finding the net so far this season.

Shrewsbury v Crewe

Neither of these team have fared too well so far with Shrewsbury in 16th and Crewe bottom. However, Shrewsbury have a home record which suggests BTTS could be on the cards, and one which has seen them concede in score and concede in four of their last five games.

Dundee Utd v Inverness

These two look fairly evenly matched, which isn’t necessarily a good thing for BTTS; however, they scored and conceded in four and three of their last five matches respectively. Neither looks strong at the back and on their day both look capable of scoring. It would be no surprise if they were to both find the net here.

Kilmarnock v St Johnstone

St Johnstone have scored and conceded at least one goal in each of their last five games. Whereas Kilmarnock have conceded in each of their last five, and scored in three of those. Both have particularly leaky defences and therefore the opportunity for goals at both ends should be at a premium in this one.
