How We Did It

The Greyhound Racing Tips have been cracking form lately. Four NAP winners from the last six bets and four NB winners from the last eight have kept it all rolling in fine style for us. The Acca, however, had missed the target by one leg on no less than five of the previous eight attempts! That was a source of great frustration but everything came together tonight as each of the four selections got the win we needed!

Leg one was Newinn Shadow at Hove, tipped at 4/6 following an exceptional win at Monmore where he nearly broke the 28-second barrier, and although not ideally drawn in trap four, he made no mistake whatsoever by going on to score. The job was done and we were left dreaming of even more success!

One of our favourite dogs at MyRacing Headquarters is Droopys Buick – he has done us many favours in times gone by – and the 4/9 shot was leg two in the Acca. Racing in the Olympic final, he arrived on the back of winning both the heats and semi in style and that trick was repeated here. BOOM! 2/2.

Crossfield Giles, our Next Best bet of the day and leg three of the Acca, was tipped at a big-looking 13/8 and made no mistake from trap five at Hove. The dog had always looked potentially special, clocking 16.19 last May, and got off the mark to ensure that our Acca went onto the final leg. 3/3, we are nearly there…

The NAP for this fine Thursday was Karlow Turbo at 5/6 and, for a while, things weren’t looking great as the front-running dog wouldn’t come back to our fellow. However, the turbo (see what I did there!) kicked in off the final bend and the selection got up late on to bring home the bacon when it mattered most.

BOOOOOOOOOOOM! NAP, 4/4 on the Acca & £149 all landed in one late, fell swoop. Satisfaction!
