PARNASSIAN is now running from eight pounds below his last winning handicap mark and the addition of first-time cheekpieces may bring about the necessary improvement to see him return to the winner’s enclosure this evening.  This four-year-old now has the assistance of Andrea Atzeni in the saddle and is preferred to Insurgence, who is still lightly raced and should find this race easier than the class 2 handicap he contested last time.
