Irish trainer sends one horse on the 900-mile round trip to Carlisle on Sunday

It’s difficult to rule plenty of these horses out given the competitive nature of the contest, but the selection has to be John Gosden’s JAWWAAL. He arrives here on a hat-trick after two cosy wins on the All-Weather and makes his handicap debut dropped back in distance, which should suit massively given how strongly he travels over seven furlongs. With conditions fine, he can make a mockery of his opening mark and defeat the progressive Foxtrot Lady.
