He kept on well to the line there without threatening to win but gave the impression that the first time tongue strap he wears now would see him in a better light. Dakota Grey enjoys this track so he could be the biggest danger, another to sport help for the first time. The step down in trip doesn’t look an obvious plus for Copper West given his point form but he travelled well last time in a slightly deeper race so needs consideration.
