Having developed an interest in racing whilst in college some years ago, James has worked in many areas of the industry, including a stint hiding his face on radio! From 2008 until 2017, he ran a successful tipping service and has had shares in numerous horses including the wonderful Fast Shot. Unsurprisingly given some of the horses he has bought shares in, his punting passions lie in sprint handicaps on both the turf and All-Weather surfaces!

Horse Racing tipster James Boyle has two Value Bet selections for today.

1:50 Ludlow – Mouseinthehouse – 1pt @ 10/1

MOUSEINTHEHOUSE didn’t pull up many trees from a simplistic form point of view when making his chasing debut a couple of weeks back but with the winner and runner-up evidently well-in, it’s no huge surprise that they proved too classy for him. This is much weaker, the handicapper has dropped him 4lbs, Conor Ring is on board to remove a further 3lbs and his best RPR came on heavy ground so the slower surface could be in favour too. There’s more to come if he can put it all together this time.

2:55 Ludlow – Bobo Mac – 1pt @ 9/1

Going well when fresh doesn’t seem to be an issue for BOBO MAC, who posted his peak effort after a 196 day lay-off last term. He failed to match that in three subsequent outings but wasn’t disgraced when attempting to take advantage of his lower chasing mark when last seen, finishing mid-division on a track that was too stiff for him. The speedier nature of Ludlow could play to his strengths and Adrian Heskin is an interesting jockey booking, which hopefully suggests it’s all systems go today.
