Oisin Murphy to take several rides at Killarney

The big news story this week is Oisin Murphy taking up several rides near his native home in Killarney. Joseph O’Brien’s Celtic Motif will go off a warm order for the opening mile fillies’ maiden, while Denis Hogan’s Tyraxes has the form to go close in the following mile maiden.

Brendan Duke is yet to saddle a winner this season but perhaps Murphy can make all the difference aboard Zheleznaya Dama in the mile handicap, while Mark Molloy’s Elusive Duke should go off favourite for the following mile handicap after hitting the crossbar on his last two outings.

In the extended 1m3f fillies’ handicap, Saga Gaga bids to make it two wins from three on her handicap debut for Michael O’Callaghan, while Mick Flannery’s Satono Chevalier is another with a big chance in the 2m1f handicap.

Under the radar trainer to follow at Beverley

Tina Jackson has a staggering profit of £92.07 to £1 level stakes when having one runner at a Flat meeting so her Without Flaw is worth monitoring in the 5f handicap (4.23). The top weight is a dual C&D winner, with both wins coming last summer, and she is now 4lb below her last winning mark.

She returned with a solid third at Wetherby but hasn’t fired since. Nonetheless, she’s off a lovely mark now and takes an ease in grade. Big run anticipated.
