The fourth day of Royal Ascot 2020 continues to bring us scintillating action, a day where speed is very much to the fore, with four of the first five contests raced over five or six furlongs. Seven races in total on day four, with five of those seven Group level contests, headlined by the Group 1 Commonwealth Cup.
Introduced to Royal Ascot in 2015 under changes to the European sprint programme, the Commonwealth Cup is a six-furlong contest open to 3-year-old colts and fillies.
