With October yielding a generous £2,270 Profit, we have already landed two big Acca’s in November, one worth £214 and the other £89, landed on Tuesday. BOOM!

How We Did It

Churchtown Champ was the first leg of the Acca in the Southwell 1.15pm for the Dan Skelton yard. This horse brought some very decent form to the table, only finding Fayette County too good on his first start since March at Worcester last month. With that run under his belt, we were surprised the Robin Des Champs gelding wasn’t odds on so the odds of 6/4 turned out to be amazing value. He absolutely hacked up and was eased down at the line, extremely impressive performance and he looks a horse with a bright season ahead of him.

The second leg of the Acca was also the NAP of the Day – Final Nudge running in the Fakenham 2.35pm. Some of the followers’ were a touch nervous about this selection as it was his first start over fences but we knew if he took to them that he would take a hell of a lot of beating. That turned out to be the case. Adrian Heskin took up the running half a mile from home and built up a good lead turning for home. The second favourite stayed on really well on the run in and made a good race of it but our selection held on to win.

Last but certainly not least, the final leg of the Acca was the one we were most confident on. Cajun Fiddle of the Alan King stable has always been held in high regard by him. He was only seven lengths behind the very progressive La Bague Au Roi at Uttoxeter last month and with improvement expected, he should make light work of this field. He came there tanking with two flights to go and went on to win in very easy fashion, tipped at 1/2. BOOM – £89 Acca smashed in.
