Irish trainer sends one horse on the 900-mile round trip to Carlisle on Sunday

MOUNT MORIAH looks the one to beat dropping back into Listed company having finished a close fourth in a Group 2 at Ascot when last seen. He won fresh last season so the absence should be of no concern and his better form has come with some cut in the ground so today’s ground conditions will also be fine. If running to his official rating of 112 he should be very difficult to beat, and this should set him up nicely for some bigger targets later in the season.
