It has been an unbelievable few days at Myracing.com and we landed our third monster double in just six days. On Friday we landed a £357 Double; that was followed by a £306 Double smashed in on Monday and we just smashed in an enormous £547 Double on Wednesday – Follow us on Twitter HERE.

How We Did It

The first leg of the Double was Burning Thread, running in the 2pm at Bath. Tipped at 7/1, we were surprised to see the horse drift out to a massive 10/1 right before the off. This horse came into this race off the back of a fine second last time out and won this very race twelve months ago. Fran Berry gave the horse a peach of a ride and took up the lead about a furlong for home and was not for catching. BOOM the first leg landed and onto the second leg we go.

The last leg was the recent Epsom winner, Great Hall, running in the Nottingham 3.50pm! The only concern we had was the draw out in Stall 13 so we knew he would have to sit and suffer in rear early doors. Jim Crowley was booked for the ride though so we knew we were in with a great chance as the Champion Jockey elect is riding out of his skin. He came there on the wide outside tanking and took up the running two furlongs out to go on and win in a procession! KABOOM!
