Jockey who’s 4/6 at Plumpton this season has 1 ride there on Sunday! 🔥🔥

Things have been going well for Harry Bannister this season. He is on his way to his best winners tally since the 2017/18 season as well as the best strike rate since that same campaign. Plumpton is a track that has seen him to great effect this season. Six rides at the course this season have yielded four winners for a level stakes profit of +£24.50.

It’s Sussex National day at the track, Plumpton’s biggest day of the year so heading there for just a single ride is interesting. Naas have Grade 1 action on the afternoon with the Lawlor’s Hurdle, with both Ayr and Newcastle also in action. We have horse racing tips for all four cards on the site.

12.08 Plumpton – Sky Sports Racing On Sky 415 Novices’ Hurdle

Hara Kiri has been placed on all three starts in bumpers so far, making his hurdles debut here. He showed solid form for Willie Mullins in Ireland, chasing home a decent type in Crowns Major back in April at Gowran. Lingfield and the Polytrack saw his debut on these shores, again showing plenty of promise without looking entirely straightforward.

Going over obstacles might give him something more to think about which has the potential to get more from him. Soft ground is clearly no concern on his form in Ireland and he is entitled to come on for that first start for Alex Hales.

He improved from an RPR of 92 to 113 from first start to second for Mullins, a similar progression for Hales would see him right in the mix in a Plumpton novice. This looks a solid race for the track but given the form in the book so far, he would appear to hold solid each way claims.
