‘Her trainer targets this race’ – Liam baffled by price of 28-1 outsider on Saturday 🎯

All looks set for a huge Saturday with nine meetings taking place across Britain and Ireland. Seven races from The Curragh, Newbury and Market Rasen are live on ITV. Liam Bramall has selected three outsiders who may have been overlooked in the market. These three runners could outrun their huge prices in very competitive races. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

2.41 Market Rasen

Ingleby Hollow (12-1, William Hill) ran well in the Swinton at Haydock three starts ago when finishing fourth off a 1lb higher mark. He was slightly disappointing at Cartmel last time out but wasn’t disgraced at Kelso the time before. This current mark of 124 is just 1lb lower than his last winning one which was a comfortable success and the extra pound wouldn’t have stopped him.

3.30 Newbury

Land of Summer (28-1, William Hill) put in a below par effort at Royal Ascot last time out. However, she wasn’t expected to having gone off at 150-1. If she can learn to settle better she would have a better chance than her price suggests. She won on debut at Brighton and got nabbed on the line at Kempton on her second start. Richard Hannon targets this race and she is one of six representatives from the Hannon yard.

3.45 Curragh

Toy (20-1, William Hill) is an unbelievable price for the big race of the day. Her two runs in France can be forgiven as the French style of racing doesn’t always suit Ballydoyle horses. She’s certainly bred to win classics as a full sibling to dual Guineas-winner Gleneagles, Irish 1000 Guineas-winner Marvellous and Prix De Diane-winner Joan Of Arc. It’s about time we find out what she’s made of as we clearly haven’t seen the best of her yet.
