2,239-1 ITV horses for courses each-way treble

Caspian Prince wins the Scottish Sprint Cup

The entire seven-race card at Musselburgh is live on ITV Racing on Sunday, the first in the Sunday Series sponsored by Sky Bet. Musselburgh is a speed track that favours those close to the pace and as a result is a track that has many course specialists.

We have picked out three on the card that form a 2,239/1 each-way treble, prices correct at bet365 at time of writing on Saturday afternoon. There is also a single race at Pontefract on the ITV coverage as well as a meeting from Uttoxeter. As always, tips from all three will feature in our horse racing tips.

4.20 Musselburgh – Sky Bet Sunday Series Apprentice Training Series Handicap

Yoshimi has won two of his three starts at this track, never able to make ground our of mid division in the other. He has been a touch disappointing of late, a visor no help to him last time out. At any other track, it would be harder to argue a case for him but at the track that has seen both of his career wins, at his current price, he is easier to nibble at.

5.15 Musselburgh – Sky Bet Sunday Series Sprint Handicap

It seems that every season, Primo’s Comet pops up at Musselburgh, a winner here in 2018, 2020 and already in 2021. He has won four of his twelve starts here with another three placed runs to add into the mix. He has form from good to firm all the way through to soft so won’t mind what the weather does and with six places on offer in places, a double figure price has enough juice in it.

5.45 Musselburgh – Sky Bet Sunday Series Fillies’ Handicap

A winner here at the end of April, that was the third win from Gometra Ginty at Musselburgh in eleven visits, 2/5 over this trip. She has been a little bit more consistent this year than is often the case with her and having been placed off this mark last season, she should be in the mix once more.
