‘They love it here’: 130-1 horses for courses treble for Brighton on Monday

2.15 Brighton

Velvet Vista has won six times from 16 starts this year which is an impressive return. The top weight ran well at Yarmouth last time out without threatening but the return to this track will see her in a better light. She bolted up over course and distance in July and is only 3lb higher in the weights now.

3.15 Brighton

Junoesque arrives here in search of a hat-trick of victories after two victories over this track and trip in July and August. That was her third victory over course and distance last time out and she dug deep to get the job done last time. This will be tougher from 2lb higher but the handicapper has been lenient all the same.

4.47 Brighton

This looks a match up between Boom The Groom and Shamshon who battled it all the way to the line here last time out. Shamshon came out on top on that occasion and the former has never won at this venue as a consequence. Shamshon is only 1lb worse off at the weights so it could be a tight finish yet again.
