‘There’s been huge support for him’ – Ballinrobe horse backed from 16-1 to 6-1 👀

5.35 Ballinrobe

Just For Yuse was beaten 53 lengths over hurdles at Roscommon earlier in the month, so it is somewhat a surprise to see this horse backed from 16-1 to 6-1 this morning. Mind you, some of his best flat form would be more than enough to take down a claimer of this nature and it is clear that some people out there have put a few quid on this runner.

His best form has come at Beverley when trained by Archie Watson in Britain and that is a positive thing. Ballinrobe is a very similar track; it is right handed, sharp but does also suit a horse that likes to get on with it and one that is also drawn low. That would be the main concern for Just For Yuse, who has to come out of stall 11.

Unless he gets a flying start and cuts across early to sit prominent, he might well get caught wide. He may well have to sit and suffer and hope that the gaps appear in the closing stages. This horse could be one for a bet in running on the exchanges as he should trade higher if that is how the race pans out.
