The MyRacing Show Episode 9: Kempton and Chepstow!

The winter weather really is setting in! The cold has wreaked havoc this week, with inspections and cancellations in equal measures. Not to fear, however, as we have plenty of racing this weekend to keep us entertained! That includes the Welsh Grand National (subject to an inspection) and a pair of Grade 2s at Kempton.

If you’re looking for an alternative look on this weekend’s action, then look no further than The MyRacing Show!

Hosted by Ross Brierley and Natalie Green, they’ll cover all the headline action, including previews and picks to help you find the winners of the ITV races and more. You’ll also, of course, be hearing MyRacing’s horse racing tips and thoughts!

The MyRacing Show | Picks, Puns and Previews | Episode #009

Whether you’re in a reflective mood, or want to look ahead to the weekend, Natalie and Ross have you covered.

The hosts discuss the poor weather, including the potential of St Moritz type racing in the Britain! They also discuss the enigmatic and quirky Might Bite, who was retired earlier this week. A beautiful horse, his antics in the RSA Chase will live long in Festival memory.

They also pose a question to you, asking for the most creative name of a horse that includes a reference to the sire or dam. The favourites will be highlighted in next weeks show, so get your thoughts to us on Twitter!

The show also includes Brierley Off The Bridle, as Ross lets his comedic juices flow about recent racing events! You can also find out Ross and Natalie’s nice horse for the week.

The MyRacing Show Multiple

After a successful few weeks, Ross and Natalie hope to give us another profitable multiple for the weekend. This time, it’s an each-way treble or similar! You can find their selections below, if you’re following the esteemed presenters into the action!

Natalie’s Selection – Rocco

Arrives on the back of a great course second over the 2m 4f distance, flying home in the closing stages. Will relish stepping up to the three-mile distance and can capitalize on a good mark.

Ross’ Selection – Solo

Has run just four times for Paul Nicholls since joining from France, including a course success in a Grade 2. A shade disappointing this season but up in distance and a return to Kempton could eek out more.

Combined Selection – Domino Effect

In great form at Kempton this season, going down narrowly on the latter occasion. Three pounds higher but still lightly-raced, especially over the distance and there’s more to come.
