The MyRacing Show Episode 7: A feast of festive action!

Merry Christmas one and all! The Festive period brings us a bonanza of festive action, with Kempton being the protagonist in this Christmas special. The venue hosts the King George VI Chase, the feature race of Boxing Day. We have a host of action from other venues too, including the Welsh Grand National and Grade 1 racing from Ireland at Limerick and Leopardstown.

If you’re looking for an alternative look on this weekend’s action, then look no further than The MyRacing Show!

Hosted by Ross Brierley and Natalie Green, they’ll cover all the headline action, including previews and picks to help you find the winners of the ITV races and more. You’ll also, of course, be hearing MyRacing’s horse racing tips and thoughts!

The MyRacing Show | Picks, Puns and Previews | Episode #007

Whether you’re in a reflective mood, or want to look ahead to the weekend, Natalie and Ross have you covered. They go over a range of topics, including a discussion on the most exciting division heading to Cheltenham. Is it the novices for you? Or are you looking forward to a staying clash on Day 3 of the Festival? Let us know on Twitter.

We’ll also be treated to Brierley Off The Bridle, as Ross lets his comedic juices flow about recent racing events!

There is also the small matter of the Christmas action. Ross and Natalie go over a plethora of action including Leopardstown, Kempton and Chepstow. The features, of course, are the Christmas Hurdle and the King George VI Chase. Are our esteemed hosts in the Clan Des Obeaux camp or are they siding with Cyrname? Find out in the show!

The MyRacing Show Multiple

Ross and Natalie also give us their multiple for the weekend. They’ve given us three selections, so there are multiple ways to play. You can find their selections below, if you’re following the esteemed presenters into the action!

Natalie’s Selections – Nearly Perfect

Very easy winner on seasonal debut at Wetherby earlier this month, pulling right away in the closing stages. A rise in the weights is offset by Jack Andrews claims and after just four chasing starts, the best is yet to come.

Ross’ Selections – Tranchee

Course and distance winner on stable debut back in July and has not put a foot wrong since (bar an early unseat at Catterick). A winner at Doncaster four back, he’s placed on three subsequent turf starts and he returns to the All-Weather as the one to beat.

Combined Selection – Clan Des Obeaux

Two-time winner of the King George who should make it a hat-trick. Decimated Cyrname twelve months ago and arrives off a brilliant run in the Betfair Chase. This is his Gold Cup, so he’ll be at his peak, and is very difficult to oppose.
