Adrian Wall knows how to spot a winner and is back with four tasty selections to form a Lucky 15 for Sunday’s all-weather action at Newcastle Racecourse. The four horses could return a decent sum but as ever, always bet responsibly and only bet what you can afford to lose.
Galactic Glow is yet to find the winner’s enclosure in his career, but he was only beaten two lengths at Lingfield off a mark of 64 in April and now runs off 48 with a 5lb claimer aboard on just his second start for his new yard. He has to be a massive player on these terms.
Lady Wormsley finished second on handicap debut at Kempton in September and she was only beaten three parts of a length over course and distance here last month. She is up another 2lb in the weights but a repeat effort will see her right in the mix.
Laoch Gach La placed here twice in the past over much shorter but he looked in need of a more stamina sapping test when a solid third at Wolverhampton latest so maybe this step up to 1m2f for the first time could be the answer in what looks like a very competitive affair on paper, at least.
Peachey Carnehan is a very consistent horse at basement levels but drops down in class into a 46-52 and that must give him an edge over the field. He doesn’t know how to run a bad race and could have too much for his rivals. Jems Bond is the horse that should give him most to worry about.
