Red-hot Gordon Elliott launches 632-1 treble at Tramore on Thursday 🔥🔥🔥

Gordon Elliott

What an incredible weekend it was for Gordon Elliott, who created history at Navan on Saturday. The Cullentra House-based trainer became the first trainer to saddle seven winners at one meeting in Britain or Ireland. The odds for the incredible sevenfold was 37,382-1 so if you had an Elliott multi on you would have had an incredible return.

It has to be interesting that Elliott sends three horses to beautiful Tramore in County Waterford on Thursday. With the form he is in at preset, all three could easily win so let’s take a look at the three runners more closely.

12.35 Tramore

Fourneux D’Isanka ran a shocker in a Clonmel maiden hurdle when last seen in October but has to be better than that. The gelding has some pretty decent form in the book, including a third behind Run For Oscar on debut in a Leopardstown bumper. He was also second behind the progressive El Barra at Thurles last year and a reproduction of either of those runs would be enough.

1.40 Tramore

Lugg River is another Elliott runner that looks too big a price at first glance. The seven-year-old Kayf Tara mare is having her first run for the yard since leaving Tom Symonds. She posted a good effort when second at Warwick when last seen in action back in May and she loves juice in the ground.

3.40 Tramore

Elliott has won this bumper three times since 2014 and he has another outstanding chance this year with Lieutenant Highway. The Camilla Sharples-owned gelding ran a good third at Sandown in a bumper last month and that bumper looks a lot stronger than this one.
