“Now is the time to back him” – 272-1 Colin Tizzard accumulator for the weekend

Lostintranslation and Robbie Power winning the Haydock Betfair Chase, 23/11/19

The yard of Colin Tizzard has started to come back to form. Native River landed the Cotswold Chase earlier in the month, Tizzard now has three winners from twenty-one runners this month, a huge step up on a January that saw him 0/35. It looks a good weekend to follow the yard with big chances at Wincanton and Ascot on Saturday as well as at Newbury on Sunday.

There is also racing from Haydock on ITV Racing on Saturday and as always we will have free horse racing tips for every card. The 272-1 Colin Tizzard multiple can be added straight to your betslip in one click below as the yard look to enjoy a successful couple of days.

Sat – 3.58 Wincanton – #betyourway At Betway Handicap Hurdle

Runner -up the last twice when the Colin Tizzard yard were struggling badly for winners, Buckhorn George can step up on that. The most recent of those was over course and distance, beaten by one who has gone in again off ten pounds higher since. He runs from the same mark now with Harry Kimber taking off what will be a handy seven pounds in these conditions.

Sat – 4.45 Ascot – Dingley’s Promise British EBF Mares’ Standard Open National Hunt Flat Race

A little tapped for toe on a sharp track at Wincanton on her debut, So Said I shapes as one who will improve both for the experience and for a stiffer test at the trip. Her dam was a winner of a bumper and her half-sister a dual winner over hurdles so after showing plenty of promise on her initial outing, she can go two places better.

Sun – 2.25 Newbury – Betfair Denman Chase

He is not the most consistent but Kempton clearly isn’t the right track for Lostintranslation. By contrast, the market leader Clan Des Obeaux is best suited to that very different course. Colin Tizzard’s charge has had a wind op since the King George, will be helped by the drying ground and a repeat of his third in the 2020 Cheltenham Gold Cup is the best form on offer.
