‘Never doubt Jessica Harrington’ – 33-1, 25-1 and 14-1 ITV Outsiders on Saturday 📺

Saturday is set to be a very busy day of racing and there are 10 races live on ITV. There are plenty of runners on offer, which creates a number of each-way opportunities. With this in mind, we’ve selected three outsiders at Haydock, the Curragh and Goodwood, who look capable of outrunning their odds. We can take a look at them in detail now and best of luck if you have a bet. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

2.05 Goodwood

Classic (14-1, bet365) was an easy winner of a Newmarket novice event back in August and was narrowly denied by the subsequent Dante winner here the time before. Judged purely on that form, there’s no way he should be going off at this sort of price. He was too bad to be true in the Greenham Stakes on seasonal debut but the significant drop in class should help nonetheless.

3.30 Haydock

Equilateral (25-1, bet365) wasn’t beaten too far when third in a Group 2 over this trip at the Curragh in July. If he can return to that kind of form, he’d have a live each-way chance here. Fitness isn’t an issue as he’s had three starts in Meydan, finishing fourth in a Group 3 over 6f on the last of those. Despite not being a frequent winner, there’s plenty of form in the book which suggests he can run a big race.

3.40 Curragh

Quar Shamar (33-1, bet365) didn’t show much on his juvenile debut here back in September and he was nowhere to be seen. Connections have taken their time with this horse and he showed astronomical improvement, when getting off the mark at Dundalk last month. The second has boosted the form by winning since and there should be plenty more to come from this horse. Never doubt the genius of Jessica Harrington and it would be completely out of character for her to run a no-hoper.
