ITV Outsiders: 20-1, 16-1 and 14-1 Racing League tips at Windsor on Thursday 🏆

The Racing League continues at Windsor on Thursday evening and there’s another competitive meeting to enjoy. High competition means plenty of places and significant each-way potential. We’ve selected three outsiders at juicy prices that are capable of outrunning their odds. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

5.00 Windsor

Revenue (14-1, bet365) got off the mark at the first time of asking, when winning at Brighton on good ground back in April. Eve Johnson Houghton’s charge got stuck in the mud here under a penalty next time and can be forgiven for that effort. He finished third at Bath when last seen and the winner went on to place in Group 2 company. The switch to handicaps could suit and 74 looks like a reasonable opening mark, which means a return to winning ways could be on the agenda.

5.30 Windsor

Mattice (16-1, Paddy Power) was disappointing at Thirsk last time out but ran very well when fourth at Pontefract and third at York before that. The handicapper has dropped him 2lb for that latest run and his last win came off a 1lb higher mark. There’s plenty of form in the book to suggest he’s capable of running a big race and should be there or thereabouts.

8.00 Windsor

The City’s Phantom (20-1, bet365) finished third off this mark in a hot handicap at Epsom’s Derby Festival when last seen. That was an excellent run and he can put in a similar effort here, with his jockey taking 3lb off. He was an easy winner at Yarmouth in April 2022 off this mark and it would be disappointing if he’s not in mix. It’s certainly difficult to see why Richard Spencer’s charge is such a big price and he’s fully capable of outrunning these odds.
