Four Wolverhampton specialists combine to form a Lucky 15 on Monday 🍀

Wolverhampton Sprint

Monday’s racing has been severely impacted by the weather, with Ayr being abandoned and Plumpton facing an inspection in the morning. Wolverhampton could be the last track standing so we’ve picked out four course specialists and combined them into a Lucky 15 for you to consider. Check out our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

5.00 Wolverhampton

Written Broadcast has an enviable record at Wolverhampton. Ollie Pears’ charge has run here four times, winning twice and filling the runner-up spot twice also. This includes a solid second off this mark over course and distance last time out and there’s every reason to believe he will run his race once again.

6.30 Wolverhampton

Peripeteia has been in rock-solid form of late and her consistency bodes well for her chances here. Three of her five career wins have come here and she was victorious over course and distance on her last visit. Currently rated just 3lb higher, another massive run may well be on the cards.

7.00 Wolverhampton

First Of May is a lightly raced filly with an unblemished record in her two starts at Wolverhampton. The most recent of those wins came over this trip last time out and the handicapper has raised her 4lb as a result. This does represent a step up in grade but the best is yet to come and there should be plenty of improvement in the tank.

8.30 Wolverhampton

Busby hasn’t been in the best of form recently but he’s a four-time course winner. The handicapper has responded accordingly and he has fallen to a mark which is 2lb lower than his last winning one. That victory came over course and distance last December and now could be a good time to catch him.
