It’s another day of great action on ITV on Friday and Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of outsiders. He has picked out three horses who should outrun their large odds on the day. Adrian is in cracking form and had provided followers with 22/1 & 14/1 winners recently.

2.05 Perth

Amateur (28/1) is a risky proposition but the fact that four of his five career wins have come in the spring has to make him of interest at the prices. He pulled up in all four of his first starts of the season but ran a solid race off the back of wind surgery when beaten around seven lengths in fifth at Newbury last month, before disappointing in a four-runner affair at Haydock. He’s 2lb below his last winning mark now and a gamble here isn’t out of the question.

2.40 Perth

Next Left (12/1)  won handicap chases at Warwick and Worcester last year and although he is yet to recapture anywhere close to his best form in recent times, Dan Skelton is chasing a title between now and Saturday so he’s likely to be right at his best. At the price at the time of posting, it will be a surprise if it lasts.

3.35 Sandown

Sir Dinadan (14/1) might look like the stable’s second string here but the son of Camelot is not to be underestimated. He won a 1m2f Pontefract novice by eight lengths on heavy ground in October but acted perfectly well when second to a Godolphin runner at Haydock before that. He’s another who holds a host of lofty entries and at the prices, he’s worth a small tickle.
