‘Both of these horses love fast ground’ – Adrian likes this 220-1 Yarmouth double ⚡

The ground at Yarmouth is forecast to be good to firm on Thursday so it is important to look for horses who will appreciate a sound surface. With that in mind, Adrian Wall has highlighted two horses at good prices who combine to form a tasty double.

It has been a stellar week for myracing this week; we netted a 59/1 double winner and a 55/1 accumulator winner in the last few days. Make sure you check out our free horse racing tips for Thursday on the website.

Moving on to the horses in questions, let’s take a look at them below.

3.20 Yarmouth

Only four runners go to post for this handicap and at first glance it is amazing to see 16/1 available for the top weight, Notions. This is the only runner of the four who has raced on good to firm in the past, and the gelding has already proven himself on fast ground when winning at Goodwood in April off a rating of 83. He was not beaten far in a stronger race than this at Goodwood when last seen and the step up to a mile could suit.

4.20 Yarmouth

Hi Ho Silver seems to be overlooked a bit in the market at opening odds of 12/1. Trainer Chris Wall has a ridiculous record at Yarmouth and this horse really loves a fast surface. This former course and distance winner ran an excellent race on his return to the track after a six month absence when third here in April over 7f. The rider takes off a valuable 7lb claim and with the cobwebs blown away, a big run is expected.
