2.45 Listowel

The Willie Mullins trained Farout could turn out to be a class above but there was a lot to like about Hammersmith‘s performance at Galway this month, staying on extremely well to power up the hill and beat 18 other runners by a minimum of 11 lengths. This is tougher but he arrives here in top form.

3.20 Listowel

Trainer John Patrick Ryan is having the year of his life, having winners left, right and centre of late and his good run could continue with likely outsider Dromore Lad. He has run in a couple of big handicaps over fences this term but finished second when last seen over hurdles and he’s not one to write off given the yard’s current form.

4.25 Listowel

The race of the day, the Kerry National. Brahma Bull disappointed in the jumping department and got detached from the body of the field at Galway in the Plate when last seen but he is a better horse than that and prior to that won a valuable handicap chase at Punchestown when seeing off the well-backed Ten Ten. Tough task at the weights but trained by a master and could hit the frame. The current favourite for the race is Conflated, owned by Gigginstown House Stud and trained by Gordon Elliott who is just back from his suspension. He arrives here off the back of a spin on the flat and has some good form in the book.
