Wednesday – Queen Mary Stakes

Aidan O’Brien’s well bred War Front filly Yet looks like a big price currently and the forecast quick ground will be in her favour. She beat her stablemate Orinoco River in a Dundalk maiden and has not been seen since but she is well regarded. This isn’t a deep race this year and she could take some stopping.

Wednesday – Prince Of Wales’s Stakes

Armory looked a class apart when disposing of his rivals in the Huxley Stakes at Chester. Although this is obviously a big step up in class, he has top-class form in the book and looks the one to be with. The Galileo colt was fourth in the Irish 2000 Guineas and Tattersalls Gold Cup, while he was also third in the Irish Champion Stakes. He looks an improved horse this year.

Friday – King Edward VII Stakes

The impressive Camelot colt Sir Lamorak should have the class to take down this race. Aidan O’Brien’s runner won a Dundalk maiden before scoring impressively on handicap bow at Leopardstown in April. This is obviously a big step up in class but the manner of his victory that suggests that we haven’t seen close to the bottom of him yet.
