Tuesday Horse Racing Tips: Adrian Wall’s three value plays at good odds 🐎 3️⃣

Exeter Racecourse

We have just three meetings to look forward to at Exeter, Newcastle and Southwell on Tuesday. However, that allows me more time to go over the cards more deeply so hopefully I can find at least one winner for myracing’s followers on Tuesday.

I have picked out an each-way play for each meeting so you can play them as singles, doubles or a patent et cetera, whatever tickles your fancy. Always bet responsibly and let’s hope we have a decent day at the office.

3.10 Exeter

He might be by far the oldest horse in the field at the ripe old age of 10 but Ardmayle has strong each-way claims for me in this 0-100 handicap hurdle over the extended 2m. His last four runs all came over fences and he for some reason has fallen out of love with larger obstacles, with his jumping costing him. Back over hurdles he has to have a real chance off this mark as he was placed off a stone higher in October 2020.

3.25 Newcastle

Taxmeifyoucan struggled to land a blow at Kelso in a 0-140 Class 3 hurdle race over 3m back in October but dropping into a 0-120, this is the easiest assignment he has faced in a very long time over obstacles. Brian Hughes has ridden this horse to victory three times in his career so it must be a sign of intent that he is also back aboard for the first time in a long time. Now very well treated, the topweight could be a force to be reckoned with freshened up after a break.

7.20 Southwell

A line can be struck through Romantic Thought‘s latest effort at Newcastle, who albeit was tailed off last was very badly hampered and couldn’t recover from it. The step back up to 6f will also suit this son of Charming Thought, who was doing his best work at the finish when beaten less than three lengths over 6f at Newcastle in December. Now 2lb lower down in class, he has to be in with a chance.
