Willie Mullins has an 80% strike-rate in the last 14 days and has one Saturday runner 🔥

Willie Mullins certainly needs no introduction but when he has just one runner you have to stand up and take a second look. Mullins has an incredible 80% strike-rate in the last 14 days and with the yard in scorching form, his bumper runner at Punchestown Racecourse must be of interest. 6.00 Punchestown

The Roaringwater Syndicate, who own horses such as Mt Leinster, Blackbow and Pink In The Park, could have another good type on their hands in the bumper at Punchestown on Saturday, with Patrick Mullins doing the steering.

I Will Be Baie won a point at Taylorstown in April of 2022 and was subsequently picked up for a hefty sum of €150,000. He won his point well and has been found a nice opportunity to get off the mark under rules.

This horse has a nice pedigree being a brother to the very useful French hurdler Diable d’Auteuil and the fair French hurdler Fashion Baie. No other horse in this field comes close to his price tag or pedigree.

Mullins is operating at an unbelievable 52% yield in the 2023/24 season to date which is mind blowing from 58 runners. He has trained 148 winners at Punchestown in the last five years, with a return of 23% at the track.

It remains to be seen what sort of price I Will Be Baie will open up but it would be no surprise if he was odds on. Best of luck if you have a play, he should be winning this race.
