It’s another day of great action and Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of outsiders. He has picked out three horses who should outrun their large odds on Thursday. Adrian is in cracking form and had provided followers with 22/1 & 14/1 winners recently.
Kallow Point showed very little of note in his first three starts over hurdles, beaten a long way again last time when fourth of six in a maiden hurdle over 2m4f at this track last month. However, he’s with a very shrewd stable who would have been plotting the handicap route for this boy and he must be of interest on his handicap debut, particularly if the market speaks in his favour. Watch the betting closely with regards to this lad as he might open an appealing price.
Saint Arvans is off a very workable mark now currently 4lb below his last winning mark and the 11yo ran well in defeat several times last year, including when runner-up at Uttoxeter early on in 2024. He looked in need of the run when third at Kelso over just shy of 3m earlier this month and will come on for the outing. He’s not to be ruled out in a winnable handicap.
Risk d’Argent was placed off marks as high as 116 in the past and now running off just 100 with a 7lb pilot claiming aboard, the 9yo has to be of interest dropping from 0-120 company into a 0-100. He didn’t shape all too bad when fifth here in February and although not near that level in a couple of runs since, the first-time cheekpieces could work the oracle.
