Trainer with 100% Wetherby record this season raids with 152-1 double 💯

Wetherby has been a very happy hunting ground for Pam Sly this season. Three runners sent to the track have yielded three winners for the yard. Sly has been in good form elsewhere as well, two winners from her last four runners, one of those coming on the 13th of November at Wetherby.

Sly’s pair combine to make a 152/1 each-way double at time of writing, best priced with bet365. Our horse racing tips will also bring in the meetings from Hereford, Dundalk and Kempton on Wednesday.

2.20 Wetherby – Follow @racingtv On Twitter Novices’ Hurdle

Steadily progressive as a bumper runner, William Cody made his hurdles debut at Uttoxeter. That was over an extra half a mile to this, fading from the third last. The third has won since while the second has been placed off 111 on his handicap debut so the form is solid enough for the level.

He is entitled to come on for that debut over obstacles, his first run in almost five months. A half-brother to Listed bumper winner Rainyday Woman, he is entitled to do better now in a race where a place would certainly not be out of the question.

Eleanor Dumont is the latest from her family to make her debut for Sly. A multi generation family all bred by the trainer, she will no doubt be well versed for her debut. A half-sister to Fransham who won at the last meeting at this track off 136, she is also a half to Takeit Easy who continues to progress well over hurdles.

All five of her siblings to make the track have won races so she has her family honour to uphold in her career. Being by Westerner, she is going to improve with time and some obstacles in front of her but should know enough first time to be in the mix.
