Tote Scoop 6 Tips

  • 2.05 – Summerghand has really improved this season, winning the Stewards’ Cup last time off a mark of 108. That was a hugely impressive effort in a handicap which suggests that a Listed win is well within his capabilities.
  • 2.25 – Cardsharp is a bang seven furlong horse, running well on two of his three visits to this track. He goes on any ground and while he has been inconsistent this season, it would be no shock if he bounces back.
  • 2.45 – Evening Sun showed up well on soft ground last season, chasing home one now rated 102. The 3rd won on Friday at Newmarket to suggest the ground is something similar now.
  • 3.50 – Go Bob Go could be the one to blow the Scoop 6 wide open. Seen only on the All-Weather thus far, his pedigree screams soft turf and the drop to this trip looks a plus in these conditions.
  • 4.10 – Past Master is 2/2 at this track, including one over this trip. He copes well with soft ground so looks to be the one to beat given a combination of the pair.
  • 4.30 – Amir Kabir shaped well on his debut which came on heavy ground. He finished five and a half lengths behind French Derby winner Misriff there, that one having already had experience. He looks capable of better after a smart handicap debut last time.
