‘There’s loads more to come’ – Check out our best bet for every meeting on Monday

There’s plenty happening on Monday and we have five meetings across Britain and Ireland to look forward to. The action appears to be thoroughly competitive but we’ve got you covered. Here are our best bets for every meeting on Monday and they include our Nap of the day at Yarmouth. Take a look at our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

2.12 Hereford

Ride Like A Girl represents the bang in-form Jamie Snowden yard and the trainer is operating at a strike-rate of 54 per cent in the last fortnight. She finished third on her first start over hurdles at Warwick recently and the four-year-old is entitled to improve for the run.

2.30 Yarmouth (Nap)

Lord Harcourt has improved with every run and he looks very interesting on handicap debut. The form of his fourth at Thirsk looks rock-solid, as loads of subsequent winners have come out of the race. Runner-up at Newcastle last time, there should be loads more to come.

3.35 Roscommon

Down To Business finished sixth behind St Leger winner Scandinavia on debut and it was a much improved effort when second at the Curragh last month. This isn’t the deepest of maidens and it’ll be a surprise if Andrew Oliver’s three-year-old fails to go close.

3.52 Musselburgh

Lexington Belle looks well treated on her best form and she produced a solid performance to finish fourth in a slightly warmer race at Haydock when last seen. Alice Haynes’ filly won off a 1lb lower mark at Newbury last term and should be in the mix once again.

7.40 Kempton

Sir William got off the mark with a cosy length-and-three-quarter success at Windsor over the summer and was a short head away from following up at Newbury after that. He bumped into a well handicapped horse when second again at Sandown recently and it’s likely that he remains ahead of the handicapper.
