The Racing League returns! Check out these 25/1, 22/1 and 16/1 outsiders

The Racing League has garnered mixed reviews since its inception but at the very least it provides something different. Decent prize money and competitive racing isn’t to be sniffed at and it returns at Yarmouth on Thursday. All seven races will be live on ITV so we have you covered! Check out these 25/1, 22/1 and 16/1 outsiders whose chances may not be accurately reflected by their odds. Take a look at our free tips page for daily content across British and Irish racing.

Bajan Bandit (22/1, Betfred) won off a mark of 80 as recently as February and Patrick Morris’ gelding should be capable of running a big race off 4lb lower here. It was a fair effort when fourth at Chester last time and the handicapper has dropped him another 1lb since.

End Of Story (25/1, bet365) hasn’t been in the best of form so far this season but the handicapper is responding accordingly. He won a competitive nursery at York over this trip on his final start for previous connections and is currently rated just 1lb higher. It would be unwise to rule out a big run and the brilliant Billy Loughnane is on board.

8.40 Yarmouth

Something (16/1, Boylesports) earned a first turf victory when winning very comfortably at Ripon in May. Making all the running that day, the result never looked in doubt and he pulled two-and-a-quarter-lengths clear of the second. Dropping back to 1m2f shouldn’t be a problem, as he lost two places late on when a narrow fourth last time out. If he can force the pace early on, victory is a distinct possibility.
