Adrian Wall is back with his weekly feast of ITV Racing Outsiders and he has picked out several horses who should outrun their large odds on Sunday. He is in red hot form with 40-1, 20-1 and 14-1 winners in the last couple of weeks. Best of luck if you have a play and remember, always bet responsibly.
Benoit de la Sayette is back after his short ban and is bidding to catch Harry Davies who leads the way in the apprentice jockey’s title race. He rides Once More For Luck, who caused a shock when winning at odds of 125-1 at Ffos Las in July. He didn’t run too bad in the Super Sprint at Newbury before running second at Salisbury latest and he’s interesting on handicap debut.
This is a very competitive handicap but at first glance Recon Mission looks overpriced in the market. The gelding won over this course and distance in July off a mark of 78 and although he couldn’t back that up at Brighton next time, he has a chance back here with a decent draw in seven. In form rider David Probert takes the ride and he is highly underrated.
Age Of Sail arguably looks the least exposed runner in the field and he is very interesting now tackling handicaps for the first time. Joseph Parr’s runner is ex Godolphin but only had one run for Charlie Appleby so clearly had his issues. The son of Frankel ran well at Windsor on first start for the yard and again caught the eye at Southwell when last seen. He could be thrown in off his current mark.
