The final day of Royal Ascot is already upon us, and it has been a quality week for myracing with 13/2, 4/1 and 7/2 Royal Ascot NAP winners this week from just 4 days of racing!

Royal Ascot Day 5 Tips – Race By Race

All listed prices were correct at the time of selection on Friday afternoon at 4pm.

12.40 – Aplomb at 11/2 Each Way

Progressive last season, his best career effort so far came over course and distance and last run can be forgiven as he clearly is best suited by six furlongs.

1.15pm – Sacred at 5/1

Only two of the field have had more than one run – and both of those runners are outsiders – making form tricky to judge. However Sacred travelled beautifully when winning her debut, found plenty despite trouble, and with the 6th, 7th and 8th all winning since that form looks strong.

1.50 – Admiral Nelson at 11/4

Represents quality connections who have won this race four times in the last nine years. He had plenty in hand despite only winning by a length and that was one of the top performances from a juvenile so far this season.

2.25 – Alpine Star at 7/2

Improved with each start in 2019 and her connections won this race in 2018 with her half-sister. She won a Group 2 on final start last year, beating the 1,000 Guineas Love, and looks set for a huge summer.

3.00 – Wichita at 9/4

Pinatubo v Wichita promises to be the battle of the day, and our tipsters see the latter coming out on top and confirming their 2,000 Guineas placings. He should be able to handle the quick turnaround time and looks to be a lovely 3 year old.

3.35 – Sceptical at 5/2

Four wins in a row now, including an easy victory in a Listed contest last time out. His miniscule price tag of £2,800 has made plenty of headlines but he has plenty of potential and his progression has been exceptional.

4.10 – Bielsa at 5/1

A tip sure to divide football fans, he is now fittingly owned by King Power Racing Co Ltd. He has won four of his five starts so far, and looked far from himself on his only defeat, which can be forgiven. He clearly doesn’t mind cut in the ground and he could easily be a group class sprinter in the making.

4.40 – Who Dares Wins at 5/2

A recognisable horse for jumps fans as well as flat, which is no surprise – this race is run over such a long distance it regularly attracts high quality National Hunt horses. A Group 2 Chase winner in February, he finished 4rd in the Prix du Cadran in October and is unsurprisingly top rated which means he is very well treated by the conditions of the race.
